 With over 250 years experience between our 16 employees Unity is the largest independent dealer in the copier industry on Vancouver Island. With a 6000 ft² facility and over half a million dollars of inventory, we have the parts and supplies on hand to do the job today. Our fill rate for the parts and supplies our technicians need is 99% from our own warehouse. The first sale to a new customer is made by a salesperson; a technician makes the following sales thereafter. In our last customer survey 98.7% of respondents would recommend Unity to a business associate or friend. It’s all about service.

We believe personal, local administration produces faster service response times and happier customers because of the flexibility it offers. Thanks to a flat administration structure and employee empowerment, concerns can often be dealt with on the spot or within a matter of hours not days.
