With over 300 years experience between our 22 employees Unity is the largest independent dealer in the copier and MFP industry on Vancouver Island. We are happy to provide a low-key environment in which all employees are equally empowered to satisfy customers. Experience and responsiveness are a must when it comes to excellent service. With an average of more than 25 years of experience, each of our technicians is a professional. A response rate of 2.76 hours (January 1 – December 31, 2009) and an average of 0.56 repair hours means your problems are often solved in under 3 hours and 20 minutes time from when you placed your service call; the fastest in Victoria. With a 6000 sq. ft facility and over half a million dollars of inventory, we have the parts and supplies on hand to do the job today. Our fill rate for the parts and supplies our technicians need is 99% from our own warehouse. The first sale to a new customer is made by a salesperson; a technician makes the following sales thereafter. In our last customer survey 98.7% of respondents would recommend Unity to a business associate or friend. It's all about service.
